Solmere Technologies Private Limited

Our small office is tucked away in Konanakunte, specifically in the New Bank Colony area. We are located at number 214 on the 3rd Cross. If you know where Soudhamini Choultry is, we are right near there. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We are a private limited company, but we don't really act like one of those big, stiff firms you see in the city center. Most of our days are spent at our desks, working through code or whatever technical issues have popped up that week. The neighborhood is fairly calm, which helps when we need to concentrate on the harder parts of our jobs. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have lived in Bangalore forever and some who moved here for the work. There isn't a lot of space, so we end up talking to each other across the room quite a bit. It feels more like a workshop than a formal office. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception desk. You just walk in and see everyone working. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with cables and extra monitors lying around. We focus on the tasks we have in front of us and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a solid little place to work, and we like being part of the local community here in this part of town.
