Softrain Hitech Private Limited is based at No.78, right on the 1st floor of the Royal Barter building. Being at number 1 on Residency Road means we are right in the middle of everything in Ashok Nagar. It’s a very old and famous part of Bangalore. The traffic outside is almost always heavy, and you can hear the horns honking from the 1st floor if the windows are open. Royal Barter is one of those buildings that has been around for a while. It’s got a bit of character compared to the new glass boxes they build now. We like being so central because it’s easy for anyone to find us, even if the one-way streets around here are a bit confusing for drivers. Our space inside is practical. We have our setup, some chairs, and plenty of coffee. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because that’s not what we are about. We just need a place to sit and work. Ashok Nagar has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around during lunch. There are plenty of old trees and legacy shops nearby. It’s a busy, noisy, and lively place to have an office. We’ve been here at No.78 for a bit and it suits us just fine. No corporate polish, no fake smiles, just a group of people doing their work in the heart of the city and going about their business.
