Softcircle Solutions is located on Kalkere Main Road in the Ramamurthynagar Extension. Specifically, we are at No. 44 on the 2nd floor. It’s an office that’s actually a house, which is pretty common in Manjunatha Nagar. It gives the whole place a different vibe than a glass tower. You walk up to the second floor and it’s just us. The 560016 area is a bit quieter than the center of the city, which we like. Kalkere Main Road has its busy moments, but it’s mostly manageable. We have a few rooms set up with computers and tables. It’s a simple environment. No one is trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just focus on the stuff we are working on. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a few minutes to get some fresh air. It’s nice to see the houses and the trees in the neighborhood. Manjunatha Nagar is a solid, residential kind of place. Working out of a house makes it feel more personal. We know the neighbors a bit. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be decided, we just talk about it over tea. It’s a very practical way to spend the workday. Most of the people here live in this part of Bangalore, so we don't have to deal with the worst commutes. It’s a straightforward, honest place to work and get things done without much fuss.
