We’re located in Flat No 103 on the ground floor of the Multi Diamond Apartment. It’s in Balaji Layout, 6th Cross, over in Kodigehalli. Being in an apartment building makes the office feel very different from a regular commercial block. It’s quieter and feels more like a workspace for a small family or a group of friends. So La Tech India has been operating out of here for some time now. We like the neighborhood because it isn't too loud and it's easy to park a bike nearby. The ground floor location is handy for when we have deliveries or if someone is running late in the morning. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and shelves. It works surprisingly well for what we do. We do a lot of technical work, mostly focused on the Indian market and local clients. We have a small kitchen area where we can heat up our food and store our water bottles. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello while we are heading out for lunch. It’s a friendly place to be. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby area. You just knock on the door and we let you in. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and managing different projects. It’s not very exciting to watch, but it keeps us busy through the week. We try to keep things organized, though the filing cabinet is a bit of a mess right now.
