Smartoak Technologies Private Limited is based out in Anekal, specifically at No.182 in Millenium Valley, Hompalagetta. It's a bit of a drive from the main Bangalore city center, which actually makes it a lot quieter than most office locations. We like that it isn't so chaotic here. The office is basically just a few rooms where we set up our equipment and get to work. We focus on tech solutions and helping out with various technical projects. It's a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have those big corporate layers. If someone has a question, they just shout it across the room. Sometimes the power flickers, which is typical for this area, so we have backups to keep the computers running. The air is a bit fresher out here in Hompalagetta compared to the middle of the city. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and checking through the tasks for the day. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We usually wear whatever is comfortable and just focus on getting the coding or the hardware fixed. It’s been a steady road for us so far. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
