Our office is right on Residency Road, up on the first floor of the Gopalakrishna Complex. If you have ever been through this part of Bangalore, you know how hectic it can get outside. But once you get inside 45/3, things quiet down a bit. Skitecode Software Solutions Private is basically just a group of us who like building things with code. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. Usually, it is just someone typing away or a couple of people standing around a monitor trying to find a bug. The space isn't huge, but it is enough for what we do. We have got some desks, a few decent chairs, and a kitchen area that mostly just holds the kettle. People come and go at different hours because some of us work better at night. Residency Road is a great spot because there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite when we are stuck on a problem. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make software that actually works for people. Sometimes things get messy and deadlines get tight, but we just put our heads down and keep going. It is a pretty normal workplace. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do care about the quality of the stuff we send out. That is pretty much the whole story of who we are and what we do.
