Silverintegration Private Limited is situated at B-9, No. 502 on the 5th floor of L and T South City. This is over in Arakere Mico Layout. L&T South City is a huge residential complex, so it feels like a small town of its own. Our office is in the B-9 block, which takes a bit of navigating to find the first time. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a perspective on the rest of the layout. It’s a fairly quiet spot once you are inside the apartment. We use the space for everything related to Silverintegration. It’s got that lived-in feel because it’s a residential building, not a cold office park. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for tea and coffee. Arakere Mico Layout is a busy area, but the complex itself has its own security and a bit of order to it. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever comes up during the day. The staff likes the fact that there are gardens and walking paths inside the complex if they need to clear their heads. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want a solid place to get things done without distractions.
