You can find Sia Global Software Labs over in Bellandur. We are in the Navya Gruha building, specifically Flat 204. It is right on Sarjapura Main Road, which means the traffic is always a topic of conversation in the office. The building is a mix of residential and office spaces, which gives it a bit of a homey feel. We have been here for a bit, and the team has gotten used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. We do a lot of software testing and development work here. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but we make it work. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the windows. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, someone will just look up from their computer and let you in. We prefer it this way. It is straightforward and keeps the focus on the actual work we are doing. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick meal, which is good because none of us are great at bringing lunch. It is a decent spot to be in Bangalore if you are doing tech work. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for our clients. That is the goal every day.
