Shramista Tech Private Limited. We operate out of Patel Smondo 3.0, which is on Neo Town Road in Electronic City Phase 1. It’s a big residential and commercial area, so there’s always a lot of movement around here. Being in Electronic City means we are surrounded by tech companies, but our office feels more like a home base. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. The Smondo buildings all look pretty similar, so it took us a while to stop getting lost when we first started working here. Shramista Tech is a small operation. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything. Most of our day is spent on the computers, and we usually take turns making coffee or tea in the little kitchenette area we have. The Neo Town Road area gets really busy during peak hours, so we try to time our lunch breaks to avoid the worst of the rush at the local eateries. The office is often a bit messy with chargers and bags, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We don’t have a big HR department or a cleaning crew that comes in every hour. We just tidy up ourselves when things get too cluttered. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the tasks done before the day ends.
