We’ve been here for a while and have grown attached to the local spots for tea and snacks. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s not a showpiece office for clients; it’s a workspace for us. We handle a variety of solutions for the people who seek us out. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know how each other works. There’s no need for formal memos when you can just turn your chair around and talk. We deal with the usual Bangalore problems, like the power going out occasionally or the internet being slow, but we manage. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls. We’d rather just have good computers and comfortable chairs since that’s what actually matters for our daily work and getting things done properly.
