Rpasoft is located over in Sanjay Nagar, specifically in the AECS Layout at Ashwathnagar. Our address is a bit unusual, No. 51 and 12/1, which sometimes confuses people trying to find us for the first time. The layout is mostly residential, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We have a small team here working on various automation and software tasks. Our office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of power cables running along the floor. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to make the place look corporate. It’s just a functional room where we can focus on our projects. Sanjay Nagar is a busy area, but our street is a bit more tucked away from the main noise. We usually step out for tea at the local stall nearby when we need a break. It’s an unpretentious way to work. We aren't interested in flashy office perks. We just need decent internet and a place to sit. Sometimes the rain makes the local roads a bit of a mess, but we’re used to it. We keep things simple and honest. Most of our day is spent looking at code and figuring out technical problems. It’s a straightforward, local operation without any of the typical corporate polish you see in the bigger tech hubs.
