Our business, Regla Agro Trader And Manufacturer Private Limited, is situated in Laggere at #53/54 in Chowdeshwari Nagar. It’s a busy part of town and we fit right in with the noise and the activity. We do two things here: we trade and we manufacture agro products. Having both sides of the business under one roof makes for some long days and a lot of dust on our shoes. The manufacturing side means there is always some machine running or someone loading a truck out front. It’s not a quiet office environment, that’s for sure. We started here because the location makes sense for moving goods in and out of Bangalore. Laggere is practical for us. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a local operation even when we are dealing with bigger orders. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us, so we just tell it like it is. We make things, we sell things, and we try to make sure we don't make mistakes along the way. Some days are better than others, especially when the supply chain is acting up, but we just keep pushing through. It’s a hands-on kind of place where everyone pitches in. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just handling agricultural goods as best as we can every day.
