Reflogy Info Services Private Limited is situated on the second floor of a building in Nr Layout, right in the 8th Block of Koramangala. Koramangala is a place everyone knows, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. We are at number 8 on the 2nd Main. It’s a lively part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some rows of desks and a few computers that we’ve had for a while. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend our time managing information and helping out with various service tasks. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the walls. We just have our work and a few snacks in the cupboard. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of staring at our screens. We’re just regular people doing a job in a busy part of the city. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just us, doing our thing every day. The tea shop downstairs is our favorite place to go when we need a break from the computers. It helps pass the time and gives us a bit of fresh air.
