Rda Softech Private Limited is based in the Barton Centre on MG Road. We’re in offices 312 and 313 on the third floor. This building is a bit of a landmark in Bangalore, and it has a very different feel compared to the new IT parks on the outskirts. It’s got a bit of history to it. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of computer gear. It’s not a place designed for showing off; it’s a place for working. MG Road is always buzzing with people and cars, so there’s a certain energy that comes through the windows. We’re a small team, so there’s no corporate hierarchy to deal with. If someone has a problem, they just say it out loud and we all try to help. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep us going through the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we’ve gotten used to taking the stairs. It’s a very grounded environment. We handle software development and other tech services without any of the usual marketing talk. Most of our clients come to us because we just get the job done. We like the convenience of being central, even if it means dealing with the crowds. It’s just our daily routine in a busy part of town, and it works well for us.
