If you want to find Rakemp Bio Llp, you have to go to the 4th floor of N N Complex. It’s No 97 on Sanjayanagar Main Road. This is in the RMV II Stage area, near Geddalahalli. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a view of the busy road below. The traffic on Sanjayanagar Main Road is almost always heavy, so we hear the honking all day. Our office is just a regular workspace. We have some lab equipment and some desks. It’s not a polished showroom. We spend a lot of time on research and the technical side of things. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don’t mind the exercise. The building has other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going. We aren't the type to put out big advertisements or use corporate slogans. We just focus on the bio work we do. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We usually have lunch together in the break area. It’s a practical environment for us. We chose this part of Geddalahalli because it’s a good middle ground for everyone to commute to. We’ve been in the complex for a while now. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we need to do every day. We’re just here doing our job and trying to get our research right.
