Our shop, Herbaceous Retail Private Limited, is tucked away in the ground floor at G-001 in South End Sampurna. We are on Model House Street, which is No -11 / 94 in Basavanagudi. Basavanagudi is one of those older parts of town that still feels like a community. We like it here. The space is not very large, but we make it work for what we need. We sell various herbal and plant-based items. It is mostly retail work, so we spend a lot of time talking to whoever walks in through the door. Sometimes it is quiet and we just organize the shelves or sweep the floor. Other times, several people come in at once and it gets a little hectic. We aren't a big chain or anything. We just run this one spot. The South End Sampurna building is easy to spot once you are on Model House Street. We have some regulars who come by every week just to see what's new. We try to keep things practical. If something isn't working, we change it. No big meetings, just us figuring it out. Working at Herbaceous Retail Private Limited feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We open up in the morning and stay until evening. It’s a steady pace. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show people what we have and let them decide for themselves. That's just how we operate every day since we opened.
