We work out of Munnekolalu Village, which is part of the Marathahalli area. Our office is A-205 in the Satko Palm Trees Apartments. It is in Vartur Hobli, 560037. Since we are based in an apartment complex, it feels more like a home than a stiff business office. Radiantmindz Technology Private Limited is a small team of us working on various tech projects. We have some desks set up in the main rooms. It is not a massive space, but it is enough for what we do. The neighborhood is busy, especially with the Marathahalli traffic nearby, but inside the gates, it is actually pretty quiet. We spend our time on computers, writing code or designing systems for our clients. We do not have any polished brochures or dedicated sales teams. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who know us. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs to get some exercise. For lunch, we usually order in or walk over to a nearby mess. It is a very standard life for people in the tech industry. We are not trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Being in Bangalore, there are tech companies on every corner, but we like our little spot in Satko Palm Trees. It is tucked away, which helps when you need to focus on a difficult problem.
