You can find Racion Global Solutions Private Limited at number 227 on the ground floor of the 1st Main in Kalyana Nagar. This is over in the Dasarahalli area of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor at 4th Cross makes it quite convenient for us, especially when we have things coming in or people dropping by. We have been in this part of town for a while now and it feels like a regular neighborhood. The office itself is not flashy at all. Inside, the desks are usually covered with stacks of papers, notebooks, and old coffee mugs. We do not really care much for the corporate image or trying to look polished. We are just a group of regular people working on global solutions every day. Sometimes the traffic noise from the street can be a bit much, but we have gotten used to it over time. If the weather is decent, we usually keep the door open to get some fresh air. It is a very simple setup and we know most of the local shop owners around the corner. It feels like we are part of a real community here. We do not spend time on fancy presentations or mission statements. We would rather just sit down and figure out the technical parts of our jobs.
