Qbikel Software Solutions Private Limited

Our office for Qbikel Software is situated in Sector 2 of HSR Layout, specifically near Haralukunte Village at Survey No 779/53/58. HSR Layout is full of companies like ours, but we try to keep things a bit more low-key than the big startups. We aren't in one of those massive glass towers with security guards at every door. Instead, we have a more modest setup that feels a bit more personal and easygoing. There’s usually a few bikes parked outside and the sound of keyboards clicking away inside all day long. We don't follow a strict dress code; most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts and maybe some flip-flops. The space is a bit messy sometimes with piles of papers and tangled cables, but we know where everything is when we need it. We spend our days mostly working on software stuff, and we don't spend much time on long meetings unless they are actually necessary. Usually, we just talk over our desks or in the hallway. The area around Haralukunte is growing fast, so there’s always some construction noise or trucks passing in the background. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about things that aren't work-related. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get pretty busy when deadlines are close. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning and try to solve the technical problems that come our way.
