Pinsmart Technologies Private Limited

We are located at No.440B in the 1st Main of Ideal Homes in R.R. Nagar. It’s a nice part of Bangalore because it still has some trees and it feels like a neighborhood instead of a concrete jungle. Pinsmart Technologies Private Limited is a small team and we’ve been in this space for a bit. The office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. We don’t have a big HR department or a sales team. It’s just us tech people doing what we know how to do. We handle software projects and some technical support. Often, you’ll find us sitting around a table trying to figure out why a piece of code isn’t running right. We take turns getting snacks from the local shops nearby. The office isn't very formal. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable like jeans and t-shirts. We don't have those fancy slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock. It’s a quiet life here in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. We like that we can finish work and be home in ten minutes. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, but we try to keep regular hours. It’s an honest way to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place. We don't need much more than a good connection and a working computer to stay busy.
