Phoenix Wings Technology Private Limited is tucked away at No 32/4, on the 5th Cross of 7th Main in Lakshaminarayanapura. It’s one of those areas where the streets can get a little narrow, but it’s got a good feel to it. Our office isn't some glass-and-steel tower. It’s a basic building where we’ve set up our workstations. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the work area. We do tech work, which means a lot of hours sitting down and focusing on the details. The 5th Cross is fairly quiet, so we don’t get too much distraction from the main road. Lakshaminarayanapura is a residential-heavy area, so most of our neighbors are just families living their lives. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t put much effort into looking fancy. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and cables, and the chairs are just regular office chairs. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a simple setup for a tech company, but it suits the way we operate. We’re just a group of people working out of a local neighborhood office, trying to get through the daily tasks without much fuss.
