Pgz Software Technologies Privatelimited is located right in the middle of the Main Bazar. We are positioned opposite the Syndicate Bank, near the Sri Jagadguru Kottur Swamy Math. It is a very busy area with people coming and going all day long. The street outside is always full of noise from the market—vendors shouting, bells from the Math, and the general hum of the crowd. Our office is a simple setup above one of the shops. You have to walk through the busy street to get to our entrance, which can be an adventure on market days. Once you're inside, it’s a bit more contained, but you still feel the energy of the bazaar. We have a modest space with a few computers and some filing cabinets that are probably too full. There’s no fancy lighting or modern decor; we just have some overhead tubes that flicker sometimes. We drink a lot of tea from the shop next door. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just know what we have to do and we get on with it. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the old wiring in the area, but we've learned to be patient. It’s a real, living part of the town, and being right in the bazar makes us feel connected to the local life while we work on our software and try to make a go of things here in this busy neighborhood.
