Perfex Solutions Private Limited

The office for Perfex Solutions is actually located inside the Prestige Royale Gardens complex out in Avalahalli. Specifically, we're at No 14026. Working from a residential apartment building is a bit different than being in a city center office. It’s definitely quieter here, though the commute out towards Avalahalli can be a bit long for some of the team members who live further away. Since we are in a large housing society, there’s always people walking around or kids playing nearby during the day. Inside the unit, we’ve just converted the rooms into workspaces. We have our setups scattered across what used to be a living area and bedrooms. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which makes the long hours a bit more bearable for everyone involved. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable, usually jeans and a t-shirt. The kitchen is usually where we congregate to talk about things or just grab a quick snack between tasks. There isn't much in the way of professional decor or fancy artwork. It’s just practical furniture and a lot of wires running across the floor for the servers and machines we use. We mostly stay focused on the screens and keep the balcony door closed to avoid distracting the neighbors. It's a simple life out here away from the main hustle of Bangalore’s traffic and noise.
