Our office is located at 51/2 in Halanayakanahalli Village. It’s part of the Varthur Hobli area, near Carmelaram Post in Bangalore. It’s a bit on the outskirts, which means it’s not as noisy as the city center, but the roads can be a bit rough sometimes. Paladincredo is the name on the door. We have a small team here. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much. Inside, we have our workstations set up. It’s mostly tech work that we do. We spend a lot of time on our laptops. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just part of being in this part of town. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together. There aren't many big restaurants nearby, just a few local tea stalls. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Nobody wears suits or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. We handle a variety of digital tasks. Some days are more stressful than others when deadlines are close. But mostly, we just work through our lists. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep things running smoothly. The commute can be long for some of us, but we make it work. It's just a regular workplace for all of us. No more, no less.
