Paddle Shift Technologies Private Limited

We've been at this spot in JP Nagar 3rd Phase for a while now. It's on the 2nd floor of 37/A, just off 6th Main. The 12th A Cross gets a bit busy around lunch time, but it’s a good spot to be. We mostly spend our days staring at screens and figuring out tech stuff. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we just have to deal with it until someone can fix it. We have a small team here at Paddle Shift Technologies. Most of us take the metro or ride our bikes in because the traffic can be a nightmare otherwise. There's a decent little place downstairs for snacks and tea. We try to keep things quiet inside so we can focus on what we're doing. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially by the windows, but the fans do their job well enough for us. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations much. Usually, someone just yells across the room when they have a question or a problem. Our office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We've got a few desks and some old chairs that probably need replacing soon, though they are comfortable enough. People come and go throughout the day depending on their schedule. It's just a regular workplace where we try to get through the daily task list. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, do the work, and head home.
