Optisol Technology Services Llp is tucked away in Chikkalasandra. Our office is at 104, Katta Residency, which is in Simha Layout on the 1st Cross. It’s part of the Doctors Colony neighborhood. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more like home than a cold workspace. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on our technology services. The team is small, and we all wear many hats. One day we might be coding, and the next we’re dealing with server issues. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the work. The office is a bit crowded with equipment sometimes, but we manage. We like the quiet of Simha Layout. It’s a nice break from the louder parts of Bangalore. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their tech problems and build software that works. Sometimes we have lunch together at the local spots nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We started this because we had the skills and wanted to stay local. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just projects to finish and clients to help out. It’s practical and it works for us. We’re just a bunch of tech people doing our thing in Chikkalasandra.
