Netxd Software India Private Limited runs out of Old 1578, 11th Main in Jayanagar 4th Block. It's a pretty well-known area in Bangalore. We’ve been here for a bit, tucked away in this building. It’s not the newest place on the block, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We mostly handle software development and some technical support. The office layout is simple. We didn't want a lot of walls, so it's mostly open. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we prefer it that way. No one here wears suits or anything formal unless they really have to for a meeting. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk for eight hours. Jayanagar is great because of the trees and the shops, even if finding parking can be a total nightmare sometimes. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It keeps us sane. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We just try to stay busy and keep the computers running. It’s a solid little operation we have going here, and we’re happy with the way things are.
