Namma Bhoomi Organic & Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based in HSR Layout, specifically at No. 1064 on 7th Main. It's a busy part of Bangalore, especially around 21st Cross where we are. Our company, Namma Bhoomi, is a farmer producer group. We work out of Mohamad Yasin Khan’s place for now. It is a bit of a mix between an office and a meeting spot for folks involved in farming and agro products. We started this to help get organic goods from the fields to the people in the city. It’s not always easy because logistics can be a real headache in this traffic. There are usually a few of us sitting around the table planning the next shipment or talking to farmers on the phone. The room can get a bit cramped with all the files and samples, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we'd rather put that into the business. People drop in and out all day. Some are looking for organic supplies and others are just here to talk shop. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words. It's just about the soil and the food at the end of the day. HSR is a good spot for us because it's central enough for our deliveries. We are just a group of people trying to make the agro side of things work better for everyone. It’s hard work but someone has to do it, so we keep going.
