If you’re looking for us, we are over at 1174 in the Old Extension. It’s right near Seemaclinic, close to Doomlight Circle. Mynadezhda Softwares is a bit of a mouthful to say, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is on the 3rd Cross, and it’s a pretty standard local spot. We’ve got our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone, which is all we really need. The area is quite busy, especially around the circle, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We started this whole thing because we wanted to do software on our own terms. It isn't always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We don't have any fancy titles or a dress code. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We spend a lot of time looking at code and trying to figure out why something isn't working the way it should. It can be frustrating, but when it finally clicks, it’s a good feeling. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea down the road. It feels like we are part of the local community here. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to write good software and keep our clients happy. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where everyone pulls their weight and helps out when things get complicated.
