Our office for Mvss United Solutions is tucked away in Maruthi Layout, which is a fairly quiet part of Margondana Halli if you know the area. We are in a building called Shiva Krupa Nilaya at number 27. It’s more of a residential-looking place than a glass office tower, which actually makes it a lot nicer to work in every day. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one to let people know they are at the right house. Most of the folks working here live not too far away, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the city traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around with our laptops trying to solve different business problems that come our way. We call ourselves a solutions company but really we just look at what's broken or needs doing and try to fix it. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and help out whenever someone gets stuck. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch when the weather is decent. It feels more like a family setup than a strict company. We don't spend much on decorations or expensive furniture because we’d rather just do the work and go home to our families. It is a practical way to run things. We’ve been here at Shiva Krupa Nilaya for a bit and it feels like the right spot for us.
