You can find us at 102/2 in Hennur, right across the street from the Apollo Gym. It is a landmark that most people in this neighborhood know well. Our office for Motivatory IT Solutions is a pretty modest space. We do not have many employees, just a handful of us who know our way around different IT systems. The main room is filled with computers, some old monitors we haven't thrown away yet, and a lot of tangled charging cables. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a big ceiling fan that helps. Hennur is a growing area, so there is almost always some construction noise in the background. We spend most of our time helping people with their IT needs, whether it is fixing software or setting up new systems. We do not have a big corporate culture here. Usually, we are just in jeans and t-shirts, focused on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are deep into a difficult project and forget to eat lunch. We do not really do much in terms of self-promotion or advertising. We just stay here in our little corner of Hennur and get the work done. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it is where we do our best thinking. We have got a small kettle for making tea and that is about as fancy as it gets.
