Monitrix Solutions is located at No. 18, on the 1st Floor. We are right on 1st Cross in Vinayaka Layout, which is part of the Bhoopasandra area in Bangalore. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It’s not a high-rise building, just a regular place where we can get our work done without being disturbed. We spend most of our time on technical tasks and monitoring things, as the name suggests. The windows let in some light, but we usually have the blinds down to see our screens better. There is a small area for making coffee which gets used a lot. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be fixed. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a bit much during rush hour, but that’s just Bangalore life. We have a few old chairs and some new ones that we bought when the old ones broke. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to make sure the work gets finished on time every day. It’s a pretty basic way to run a business, but it keeps things moving along for our small team.
