Mnsi Technosys operates out of Veena Square, which is right on the Ring Road in S.Nijalingappa Layout. Being on the Ring Road means it’s never really quiet; there’s always the hum of traffic and horns in the background. Our office is unit 1215. It’s a decent-sized space, but we’ve managed to clutter it up with extra monitors and spare parts over the months. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a couple of us hunched over laptops or talking around a white board that’s seen better days. We don't really have a 'reception area'—you just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of everything. We spend our days dealing with various tech systems and trying to keep things running smoothly. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Lunch is usually a casual affair where we just eat at our desks or head to one of the small eateries down the street. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get things done. We like the location because it’s easy for most of the staff to reach, even if the traffic is a headache sometimes. There’s no corporate pretense here. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the work is finished. It's a very straightforward way of working, and the building security knows us all by name now.
