Mayyusmasalabar Foods (Opc) Private Limited

Our small food business is located at #1037/1A, over on Colonel Hill in the Gandhi Nagar area. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our door, mostly people moving about. We focus on food, specifically the kind of flavors you'd expect from a place called Mayyusmasalabar. The kitchen gets hot and stays busy for most of the day. We are an OPC, so it's a tight operation with just a few hands on deck to handle everything. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just make the food and hope people like it enough to come back and tell their friends. The building we are in has some character, even if it’s a bit old and the walls need a bit of paint. We spend our time prepping ingredients and making sure the masalas are just right. It’s a lot of manual work, grinding and mixing every morning. Gandhi Nagar is a place where people are always moving, so we try to keep up with the pace as best as we can. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected because it's hard to predict how many people will show up. We don't use any fancy machines, just the stuff that works. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those big corporate food chains. We just stay here on Colonel Hill and do our thing.
