It’s a very busy area with a lot of buses and people moving around all the time. Our office isn't much to look at from the street, but it’s where we do all our work. It’s noisy outside with the traffic from the travel agents and the market nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the buzz. We started this private limited company because we wanted to have our own thing in the heart of the city. It’s a small space, mostly just desks and files piled up, but it serves its purpose for us. We don't have any of those modern office perks you see on TV. We just have fans to keep us cool and enough light to see what we’re doing. Most days involve a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we’re all in the office at once. We like being in Fortkalasipalayam because it feels real and grounded. There’s no pretending to be something we’re not. We’re just a group of people working hard in a busy part of Bangalore. We don't have time for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just handle the business at hand and try to make sure everything gets done properly by the end of each day.
