You can find Maithrika Solutions Private Limited over on the 3rd floor at No.50Ep. We are located on 5th B Cross, right off Jubilee College Road in the Nri Layout area of Kalkere. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, which keeps us awake I guess. The office is pretty quiet most of the time, which is good because we have a lot to get through. Kalkere is a growing area and it’s been interesting to see how much it’s changed since we first moved in here. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group working out of this space in Nri Layout. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the time of day, but once we’re in the office, things settle down. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on our tasks. Sometimes we order in food and just work through the afternoon without stopping. We started Maithrika Solutions because we wanted to do things our own way without all the red tape you find in bigger places. It’s been a learning process, dealing with the private limited paperwork and all the small details of running a business. We just try to stay honest and do a decent job for whoever needs us. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the layout here.
