Litest Private Limited is located at No 41 on the 2nd Cross in Manjunatha Layout. It’s a quiet enough area of Bangalore compared to the main roads. We’ve been working from this building for some time. It’s a basic setup—nothing fancy, just some desks, chairs, and our gear. We don't have any big corporate signs or a polished lobby. Most people wouldn't even know there's a tech company here unless they saw the small nameplate. We started this because we wanted a place to build our own things. There are just a few of us, so it’s a pretty tight-knit environment. We don't really do formal meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. The office can get a bit messy with all the hardware and papers, but that’s just how we work. Manjunatha Layout is a decent place to be. It feels more like a neighborhood than a business district, which we prefer. It keeps things feeling a bit more human. We don’t have a big HR department or anyone telling us how to dress. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up. It's a simple, honest way to run a business. We like the pace of this specific layout. It’s home to us now and it works well enough for what we do each day. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else.
