Lightbeam Software Private Limited

We are based over at 163, Trupti, which is on the 4th Cross in Dollars Colony. This is part of the 4th Phase in J P Nagar. Lightbeam Software Private Limited has been operating from this building for a while now. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of trees around, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache if you arrive late. Inside the office, it’s mostly just computers and people trying to make software work properly. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team of people who know a thing or two about writing code. The atmosphere is pretty casual. You won't see many people wearing suits here unless they have somewhere else to be later. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Trupti is the name of the building, and it’s easy to spot once you get onto the 4th Cross. J P Nagar is a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening nearby. We usually have lunch together or just grab something from the nearby stalls. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a lot of meetings about meetings. Instead, we just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be sorted out. It’s faster that way and everyone knows what is going on. We like it here and plan to stay for as long as we can. It feels right for a small software shop like ours.
