Our space is in Rathna Deepaka Apartment, specifically Flat 304. We’re located right on the Halli K.K.P. Main Road. It’s a bit different running a business like Laanroot IT Solutions out of an apartment building, but it suits us just fine. It’s comfortable and doesn't feel like those cold, sterile offices you see in the movies. We have our computers set up and we just get to it every morning. The traffic outside on the main road can be a bit loud during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We are a small group, and we’ve known each other for a long time, which makes the work day go by faster. We handle IT services, which sounds broad, but we mostly just take things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something needs doing, whoever is free just picks it up. We don’t spend money on expensive signs or advertisements because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Our neighbors in the building are nice, and it’s a friendly atmosphere overall. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and have a bit more control over our day. It’s been an interesting journey so far. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure everything is running like it should. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
