If you look for House Number 179 in Bedkihal, that is where we are. It is a small place in Chikodi, which is part of the Belgaum district. Krishi Valley Adi Hills is the name we use for our little venture. We are mostly focused on the land and the hills around here. Living in a village area like this means our work follows the weather more than anything else. When it rains, things slow down, and when it’s harvest time, we are busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular house where we keep our records and meet people. Sometimes the internet is spotty, but we manage. Most of our days are spent talking to local farmers or looking at the crops. We wanted to stay close to the roots of agriculture, so being here in Karnataka’s rural side makes sense for us. It is quiet, and the air is different than in the cities. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to do our bit for the farming community here. There is a lot of dirt on our shoes most days. We like it that way. It’s honest work and we take it as it comes. No big speeches or fancy promises, just staying busy with the soil and the seasons.
