Kmap Technologies Private Limited

Kmap Technologies is located over in Singasandra, specifically in unit 206 of the Collindalez Apartments. Being right opposite the Manipal County Club is a good landmark, especially when we’re telling people how to find us off Hosur Road. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare sometimes, so being tucked back in the apartment complex is a big relief. It’s a lived-in space. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and wires running along the floor in a few places. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which suits us just fine. There are usually three or four of us around during the day. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and drinking water. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from one of the stalls nearby or just eating at the desks while watching a video. We don’t have a HR department or a floor manager. We just talk to each other when something needs doing. Sometimes the building elevator acts up, so we take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. The view from the window isn't much, just the other buildings and a bit of the club across the way. We like it here because it's practical. We don't need a high-rise in the middle of the city to do what we do. It’s just us, some computers, and the daily routine.
