It is a bit of a specific address, so it can take people a minute to find the right door the first time they visit. We have got a decent amount of space spread across these units. It is not a single big hall but more like a few connected areas where different parts of the team sit. We like it this way because it keeps the noise down when some of us are trying to concentrate. The office is pretty functional. We have the usual stuff like desks, computers, and a small pantry for when we need a break. Klyka is a name we have worked under for a while now. We are not a huge firm, just a group of people who are good at what they do. There is no big corporate hierarchy here. If something breaks, we fix it. If a project is behind, we all chip in to get it done. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of our days are spent on calls or writing code. We do not really go in for big presentations or fancy marketing talk. We just let the work speak for itself. The neighborhood is okay, and we have gotten used to the local rhythm.
