Kern.Adler Software Private Limited

We operate Kern.Adler Software out of a small place at No. 30 on 1st Main in R M S Colony. This part of Bhattrahalli is pretty calm compared to the rest of the busy city. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and where to get the best coffee nearby when we need a break. The office itself is quite plain and doesn't have much flair. We have a few desks, some decent internet, and not much else in terms of decorations or expensive furniture. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big shiny building. Most of our time is spent just sitting at our screens and writing code or fixing bugs that pop up throughout the day. Sentence lengths here vary because sometimes we’re too busy to talk and other times we linger over lunch for an hour. It’s a small group of us, so everyone knows everyone quite well. When something goes wrong with a project, we just gather around one desk and try to figure it out together without any fuss. There’s no big management structure or anyone breathing down our necks. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to leave at a decent hour to avoid the traffic. The building on 1st Main isn't anything special to look at from the street, but it serves us well for what we do. It’s a functional space for a software team that just wants to work.
