Kaivale Technologies Private Limited

Our office is over at 34, 1st Main 2nd Cross in Vinayaka Layoutnaganathapura. It’s tucked away in Electronic City, Phase-2. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the tech parks around. Kaivale Technologies Private Limited is basically just a bunch of us working on tech projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we get everything done. We spend a lot of time on our computers, probably more than we should. Most days start with checking emails and figuring out what needs to be fixed first. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to the layout of these streets. We’ve had a few delivery drivers get lost looking for the 2nd cross. It's usually quiet inside, except for the hum of the fans and the occasional conversation about a bug in the code. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. It’s a flat structure. People just talk to each other when something needs doing. We eat lunch together sometimes, or people just grab something from the local shops. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving and making sure the clients get what they asked for without too much fuss. That’s pretty much the story of our little spot here in Bangalore. We like it fine and the work keeps coming.
