We start our day early enough to beat some of the traffic, and we usually end up talking about what happened in the news while the computers boot up. We don't have a big HR team or anything; we just manage things ourselves. The work can be repetitive sometimes, but we try to do it right the first time so we don't have to go back and fix it later. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of sun for five minutes. We know the neighbors and the guy who runs the shop downstairs. It’s a very grounded way to work.
