We operate out of unit B-402 in the Salarpuria Melody complex on Nayandahalli Mysore Road. Being in an apartment building makes the workspace feel a bit different than a regular commercial office. It’s a bit more domestic, I guess you could say. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and there is a small kitchen where we heat up our lunches. Looking out the window, you can see the traffic moving along Mysore Road, which is always busy. The metro is close by, so some of us use that to get here and avoid the road mess. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the few of us to sit comfortably with our laptops. We don’t have any big corporate paintings or expensive furniture. Most of the chairs are just the basic rolling kind you find anywhere. We spend a lot of time talking across the desks about whatever we are working on at the moment. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it is. Sometimes we go downstairs for a walk around the complex when we need a break from the screens. It is a straightforward place to work. We don’t have any big goals of changing the world; we just want to finish our tasks and make sure the bills are paid. It's just a regular day-to-day life for us here in Bangalore in a building shared with families.
