Iqsoft Technologies is located in Panathur, specifically in Flat No.112, Block-1 of Sraddha Palmera. It’s basically an apartment setup turned into a workspace. Working out of a residential block has its ups and downs. The commute through Panathur can be a real headache because of the narrow roads and the railway bridge, so most of us try to get here early. Once you’re inside the gates, it’s actually quite peaceful. We have a few desks set up in the main room and another small area for meetings. It’s not like those big tech firms with free snacks and bean bags. We just have our computers and a kettle for making tea. We spend most of our hours looking at code and fixing bugs. Being in a residential building means we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We usually see the same few faces in the hallway every day. It’s a practical way for us to keep costs down and stay focused. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to check it. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. We handle our software work and try to stay on top of things. The light in the flat is pretty good in the afternoons, which helps keep the mood up while we’re working through a long list of tasks without any corporate pressure.
