Innovics Solutions Private Limited is based at No 23, 1st Cross, 1st Main in the Lakshmi Narayan area of Munnekolala. It’s right in Marathahalli, which is a very busy part of Bangalore. The 560037 area is where we spend all our time. Our office is tucked away on a side street. It can be a bit hard to find the first time you visit, but once you know it, it's easy. We are just a group of tech people working from this small spot. It’s definitely not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. We have laptops, a few monitors, and plenty of power strips everywhere. The traffic in Marathahalli is pretty bad, so we try to get in early to avoid the rush. We work on different technology solutions for our clients. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We aren't some big-name firm with a marketing team. It’s just us doing the actual work. The office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work somehow. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of keyboards clicking. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place for us. We don't try to sound important or anything. We just do our jobs and try to go home at a decent hour most days.
