Ingeniti Innovations Private Limited

Ingeniti Innovations Private Limited is located at 41/1, though some people still use the old number 35. We are on the third floor of a building on Nanjappa Road in Shanthinagar. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood in Bangalore, which gives it a nice character compared to the newer suburbs. Our office space is quite simple. We have the third floor all to ourselves, so we don't have to worry too much about noise from other companies. Inside, there are just several long tables where everyone sits with their laptops. There are wires running along the floor and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and diagrams from our meetings. We don't have a fancy reception or any corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Shanthinagar is a central area, so it’s easy for most of the team to get here by bus or auto. We usually take a break in the afternoon to go downstairs and get some coffee from the local shop nearby. The stairs are a bit narrow and the building shows its age, but it works fine for what we need. We spend our time writing code, testing features, and occasionally complaining about the heat when the power goes out and the backup takes a minute to kick in. It’s a very grounded environment where we just focus on getting things done together without any fuss.
