You can find us at No. 59 in Amarajyothi, which is part of the RMV 2nd Stage area. It is a good spot in Bangalore. We handle software development and various other tech services. The office building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard place, but inside we have everything we need to get the job done. We have been working out of this location for a good while now. RMV is a nice area, quite green compared to some other parts of the city. We definitely appreciate that when we step out for air. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We do a lot of coding and some support work. It is the kind of place where everyone knows exactly what everyone else is working on at any time. We do not have layers of management or anything like that. If something needs fixing, one of us just gets up and fixes it. We chose the name Ignite3I because it felt right when we started, though most of us just call it the office now. We do not go in for big presentations or fancy talk. We just show up, write the code, and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. It is practical work. We spend our lunch breaks at the local eateries nearby. There are some really good ones in this area. It is a steady life and we like the balance of being in a professional but quiet neighborhood.
